meet the self care fitness method

YOUR BODY isn’t
A PROJECT.

The Self-Care Fitness Method is a different approach to movement. One designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, feel good in the body you already have, and have a blast doing it.

WHEN DID  you  FALL OFF YOUR OWN TO-DO LIST?

You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else.

You keep the family moving.
You carry the mental load.
You make sure everyone is okay.

And somewhere along the way…
you quietly stopped checking in with yourself.

Maybe you’ve tried the workouts.
The challenges.
The diets.
The programs that promised to change you.

But what you’ve really been searching for isn’t another plan.

It’s permission to breathe.

To slow down.

To feel like

yourself again

THIS ISN’T
TRADITIONAL
FITNESS

MOVE WITH YOURSELF.
NOT AGAINST YOURSELF.

Permission OVER PRESSURE

There is no perfect way to move. Every class invites you to honor your body exactly as it is today.

Movement AS CONNECTION

Your body is here to work with you, not against you.
Movement becomes a conversation instead of a correction.

Experience OVER OUTCOME

We aren’t chasing numbers or before-and-afters.

We’re creating moments where you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected than when you arrived.

 WHAT IS THE SELF-CARE
fitness METHOD?

The Self-Care Fitness Method is a movement practice that invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through movement. We call it a work-in because instead of pushing past yourself, you learn to work with yourself. Each class follows a simple rhythm designed to help you arrive as you are, release what you’re carrying, and leave feeling more grounded and supported.

TAKE 5 minutes for YOURSELF

Before you can care for yourself, it helps to notice where you are.

These five simple questions are an invitation to pause, check in, and reconnect with yourself.

No right answers. No judgment. Nothing to fix. Just a few quiet minutes to tune in to what you might need right now.

When you nurture that relationship, everything else begins to benefit too. If you’re ready, I’d love to walk alongside you on that journey.
