MEET MICHELLE, Your Guide
TO SELF-CARE

Movement has always been part of my story not because I was chasing perfection, but because I wanted to feel more at home in myself. And have FUN doing it.

THE STORY
BEHIND Michelle’s
JOURNEY

I’m Michelle, and I created the Self-Care Fitness Method because I wanted something different from fitness.

Movement has always been an escape for me. A place to breathe, reset, and reconnect with myself. But as life got busier and more chaotic, I realized I needed something that supported me not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

I wanted movement to feel like taking care of myself, not another thing I had to get right.

And slowly, the Self-Care Fitness Method began to take shape.

Why This Works

THE Moments
THAT SHAPED
ME

There was a time when I believed exercise had to be intense to be meaningful. Over time, I realized what I truly needed wasn’t more pressure—it was a way to reconnect with my body in a gentler, more sustainable way.

A NEW PERSPECTIVE

I realized meaningful movement isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about listening to your body with care and compassion.

MOVE WITH Confidence
DAILY

When we move together, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, encouraged, and completely welcome. I believe every body deserves compassion, and every step forward deserves to be celebrated. You’ll often hear me remind you to breathe, listen to your body, and move in a way that feels right for you.
Experience & Credentials

A FOUNDATION OF lifelong
LEARNING

My approach is grounded in professional training, continuous learning, and real-world experience. Every certification has strengthened my ability to create safe, supportive, and meaningful movement experiences. I believe knowledge is most valuable when it’s shared with kindness and intention. That’s the foundation I bring to every class.

MORE THAN Movement
ALONE

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me enjoying a quiet morning with coffee, spending time with family, walking outdoors, or getting lost in a good book. I believe the little moments of everyday life are just as important as the workouts—and they deserve to be enjoyed without rushing.
